8、 To cover the heat shield, this can save energy, also can extend the electric coil and contactor life.
Process of the injection molding machine operation
1、 Don’t covet convenient, cancel the safe door.
2、 Observe the pressure oil temperature, oil temperature should not exceed the prescribed range. Hydraulic oil work temperature should keep in between 45-50℃, generally in the range of 35-60℃ is the best.
3、 Adjust the limit switch, to avoid fit when the machine operation.
1、 After the injection molding machine operation, should clean the plastic tube.
2、 Should open the mould.
3、 Workshop must have lifting device, when installation mould should careful to ensure production safety.
